New Travel Destinations from Belfast Airports in 2024

We all know Northern Ireland people love to travel abroad. Well travellers have a whole host of destinations to explore in 2024 as airlines have expanded their routes from both Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport. Let’s explore what the new destinations are.

Larnaca, Cyprus

Easyjet have introduced flights to Larnaca in Cyprus from Belfast International. Flights are available from May to October. This will reduce transfer time for travellers going to resorts like Ayia Napa and Protaras, as it’s much closer than the existing Paphos route.

Enfidha, Tunisia

Also new this year is the Easyjet route from Belfast International to Enfidha in Tunisia. This has opened up a new destination where you can get reasonable priced all inclusive holidays. Flights are available April to October.

Porto, Portugal

Ryanair have opened up a new route to Porto in the North of Portugal. Already proving popular, Porto is great for a city break, where you can experience some authentic pastel de nata and ride the iconic trams.

Alicante, Costa Blanca

From Belfast City Airport, Easyjet have started a route to Alicante in the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport services the popular resorts of Benidorm and Torrevieja.

Turin, Italy

Currently on sale to the end of March 2024, Ryanair have introduced a new route from Belfast International to Turin in Italy. This will please skiers with nearby ski resorts of Cervinia, Bardonecchia, Champoluc and Claviere.

Lanzarote, Canary Islands

Another new route for Ryanair from Belfast International. They have added Lanzarote in the Canary Islands and is currently bookable right up to the end of October 2024.
